Tickets For Holiday Bowl At Snapdragon Stadium On Sale

Tickets for the 46th annual Holiday Bowl are now on sale, giving fans their first chance to attend the Jan. 2, 2026 college football game in Snapdragon Stadium.

The Holiday Bowl will feature a matchup between a top team from the ACC and a current or former member of the Pac-12. The game kicks off at 5 p.m. PST and will be broadcast nationally on Fox.

"We couldn't be more excited about this game date and kickoff time," said Mark Neville, CEO of Sports San Diego, the organization which runs the bowl game. "Friday night prime time college football is the perfect way to wrap up the holiday season with family and friends.

"Fans will experience not only big-time college football, but also the spectacular pageantry that has made this game such an important part of San Diego's sports scene. It's a celebration for our community, a showcase for our city, and a can't-miss event for fans across the country watching on Fox."

In last year's matchup, Syracuse defeated Washington State, 52-35, in the third-highest scoring game in Holiday Bowl history. Only the 1980 Brigham Young-Southern Methodist matchup (91 points) and Penn State's 50-39 win over BYU in 1989 saw more scoring.

The Holiday Bowl was played at since-demolished San Diego Stadium from 1978-2019 and at Petco Park in 2022 and 2023. The 2020 game was canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic and the 2021 game was called off just hours before kickoff due to COVID-19 issues within the UCLA football team. Last year was the first edition of the bowl game to be played at Snapdragon.

Fans attending the Holiday Bowl — being held in January for the first time — can look forward to the Bowl Bash, a downtown San Diego street party, the Port of San Diego Holiday Bowl Parade and the Holiday Bowl Game Day 5K.
