Back to the Beach Sandcastle Bash
Location: Mike Hess Brewing 805 Ocean Ln
Free admission, all ages welcome. DJ music, craft brews, and raffle prizes.

SATURDAY, August 17

8 a.m. to Sunset – Mega Castle Completion
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Street Festival – enjoy food, refreshments and crafts
9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. — Kids-n-Kastles Competition: (9 a.m. team arrival). Fifteen teams compete on the sand just north of the Pier.
10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – The Inks – Reggae/Rock band
11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. – The Jackals – Classic Rock band
1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. – Scam Likely – Imperial Beach band plays covers and originals
3:20 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Zeelund – Classic Rock

Start planning your finest lemon-themed outfits and get ready for this year’s 27th Annual Lemon Festival!
Taking place on Saturday, August 17th from 11:00am to 6:00pm, Downtown Chula Vista’s Third Avenue will transform into a lemon-filled oasis that pays tribute the city’s rich agricultural history. Chula Vista was once known as “Lemon Capitol of the World.” Although the lemon groves are no more, many of the homes in the area have their own lemon trees. Join us for this annual celebration of citrus.
This year’s Lemon Festival includes two stages of live music, zesty photo opps, a lemon cook-off competition, a kids zone for the Lil’ Lemons, delicious food options, arts and crafts vendors and a wine and beer garden.
Clint’s Ride Club To Sycuan Casino Resort for the “CLINT AUGUST KGB BURGER”.
Join us Sunday August 18th for a ride to Sycuan to taste the “Clint August KGB Burger”. We will leave Santee Coffee Corner (location in the Pathways Parking Lot), and take the scenic route to Sycuan Casino Resort for lunch. All bikes and cars welcome. KICK STANDS UP AT NOON FROM COFFEE CORNER!!!
