On April 17, 2025, Charles “Charlie” Dailey was reported missing by his family from the area of 1800 Fifth Avenue in the City of San Diego. Charles was last seen on foot on April 17, 2025, at about 6:30PM. Charles suffers from memory issues and is considered AT RISK.
Charles is visiting from out of town and is not familiar with San Diego. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue-gray pants, & sliders w/socks. He’s a 59-year-old, white male, brn hair, brn eyes, 6’03”, 165lbs.
