Even if you’re not born here, you can be a native San Diegan, by being San Diego in what you do and what you think.A search of social media offers some good ideas.
You love the weather and the views. You have a supply of sunscreen. You love watching the ocean waves even if you never go into the water. You love Mexican food and In n Out. You love the Zoo. And you hate L-A. And you don’t want too many more people moving here. And you never get tired of hearing out of towners say you’re lucky to live in San Diego.
So what’s ahead for our city? Chances are San Diego will remain a place that is envied by many and appreciated by most of us who live here.
While we call it America’s Finest City , we know it’s not perfect. We have problems that need to be solved. But most of us maintain an attitude that makes us feel good about being a San Diegan.
